UPCOMING EVENT
Annual Egg Hunt - Postponed

We are prioritizing the health and safety of Museum visitors.  We are saddened to say that due to the current climate and the unpredictability of the COVID-19, we are postponing our Annual Egg Hunt. The New York City Fire Museum will follow the CDC's recommendation to postpone events with 50 or more people for the next 8 weeks. We are in the process of rescheduling and deciding on a new date.

We will have more information as soon as possible. All tickets purchased will remain valid for the new date.

Thank you for your support and understanding.

CURRENT EXHIBITION
Brave Colors

The NYC Fire Museum is pleased to announce the first exhibition in our new temporary gallery. The gallery, formerly displaying September 11 tribute items, will be utilized to host exhibitions on a three-to-four month basis.

Brave Colors is a unique display of the photography of Lt. Kyra Neeley King. Lt. King has manipulated some of her photographs to digitally remove colors except for those she chooses to highlight, thereby capturing the attention of the viewer to a central aspect of the image. Please visit the Museum to see this beautiful display.
