The New York City Fire Museum is located at 278 Spring Street between Varick and Hudson Streets in Manhattan's Hudson Square district, west of SoHo.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Open 7 days a week: 10:00AM to 5:00PM.
We are closed major holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
ADMISSION PRICES
$8.00 for Adults.
$5.00 for Children (12 and under), seniors and students with college ID.
Children under 2 free.
For groups of 20 or more: Adults $5.00, Children (12 and under) $3.00.

DIRECTIONS AND PARKING
Via Public Transportation
To reach the Museum by subway, take the "C" or "E" train (8th Avenue Local) to Spring Street. Walk west 1 ½ blocks. Alternately, take the "1" train (IRT) to Houston Street. Walk south along Varick Street for 4 blocks to Spring Street. Walk west ½ block.
To reach the Museum via bus, take the M10 or M21 to Spring Street.

From North: Take Varick Street (7th Avenue) south to Houston; make a right on Houston, left on Washington, left on Spring.
From West Street: Traveling south, make a left on Clarkson, right on Washington, left on Spring. Traveling north, make a right on Spring (street after Canal).
From Brooklyn Bridge: Cross Chambers to West Street (see above).
From uptown: Take Houston across to Washington, left on Washington, left on Spring.
A pay parking lot (Edison Parking) is located next door to the Museum.
